Downtown Alliance

The Downtown Alliance of Fayetteville (DTA) is proud to be partnering again this year with the Airborne and Special Operations Museum to bring the NC Field of Honor to Fayetteville.

The DTA was formed to encourage business, residential, and retail growth in downtown Fayetteville, to promote the downtown to the public, and to represent the common interests of downtown merchants, professionals, property owners, and residents.

The Alliance is a not-for-profit membership advocacy organization leading the efforts to revitalize and strengthen the core of the city through business recruitment and support, economic development, marketing, and special events.

There are many exciting events happening downtown. Become a scary ghoul in the annual Zombie Walk, take a Carriage Ride with Santa, or enjoy Children’s Trick or Treat Downtown.

Monthly, Fourth Friday transforms downtown Fayetteville into a delight for all the senses. With an emphasis on the arts and entertainment Fourth Friday offers downtown visitors a unique assortment of street performances, music and art.

Horse drawn carriages roll up and down Hay Street, carrying shoppers the old fashioned way by merchants, artisans and vendors of all sorts of delightful treats during the Annual Dickens Holiday in November.

Discover downtown urban design at the annual Candlelight Loft Tour in December. Visitors can take tour of the incredible display of downtown urban living and design and vote for the Best Dressed Loft.

For more information on these and other events, or membership opportunities, visit the Downtown Alliance website or call 910-222-3382.
